About Us
Elaine and Spencer here! We are both in the disabled category, but we have chosen to not let it stop us from being adventurous.
Spencer is in the High functioning Autism Spectrum. I, Elaine, have a spinal cord injury/broken back as a result of an automobile accident. As a result, I must use a rollator walker to navigate life.
Despite our disabilities, we are living an active and adventurous lifestyle. If we can do this, so can you no matter where your level of disability lies.
Our Lifestyle
We walk a minimum of three times a week, wherever our daily life takes us.
Sometimes spontaneous. Sometimes researched. Sometimes a combination of both.
We realized how much it changed our lives and the impact it has had on our mental and physical health. We are excited to share these adventures for those of you who find yourselves in a similar situation.

Laces signify the difficulty.
There will be a GPS map for each location.
All parks have free parking and entry.
Parks are accessible year-round.
